| Introduction | Dr. Chiacchi practiced posture based chiropractic for 30 years before retiring from his public practice to focus primarily on his Expressive Postures Concept™. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of the State of New York, and doctorate from from Iowa's Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Chiacchi is a past-president of the American Chiropractic Association's (ACA) Clinical Councils on Mental and Behavioral Health (1991-1995) where he promoted the analysis and interpretation of unconscious postural behaviors in everyday chiropractic practice. He is also a former post-graduate faculty member (1989)... at the New York Chiropractic College in Glen Cove on Long Island... and a NYCC research division speaker (1990) on unconscious postural habits common to chiropractic patient populations. Dr. Chiacchi has also published numerous articles... in chiropractic trade journals... on chiropractic's clinical association with unconscious postural and/or positional behaviors.
