| Introduction | Cecilia Sinclair is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist of the American Meteorological Society and a certified TV Weathercaster by the National Weather Association. She has a B.S. in Meteorology from Texas A & M and an MBA from University of Houston. She has served on the Council of the National Weather Association. She is on the board of The John C. Freeman Weather Museum. She is also on the Strategic Planning Committee and the Air Quality Committee of the National Weather Association. Cecilia was Chief Meteorologist at KRIV FOX 26 in Houston from 2000-2007. Cecilia also worked as an Air Quality Meteorologist. At KRIV, Cecilia produced a monthly series promoting adoption. Cecilia's daughter Sarah and step-daughter Megan are adopted. In 2007, Cecilia began working from home, producing the award winning DVDs for children called Let's Learn Spanish with Frank & Paco.
