| Introduction | Hi y'all! I'm Ashleigh...just your all-American girl next door - by day a resident physician studying pediatrics in northern Virginia and by night a frustrated chef with a ridiculous enthusiasm for good food. :) Why Lemons and Lima Beans? I loooove cooking and eating all types of foods and will generally try everything at least once. Having grown up in Germany and Belarus before later living in Pennsylvania, Kansas, and Virginia (not to mention having a Southern Belle, Alabama-born mother and a farmer-boy-at-heart, Illinois-raised father) I've grown to appreciate a fusion of cuisines. BUT, the two ingredients I absolutely.positively.do.not.like - you guessed it! Lemons and lima beans. Ick! Mark my words...you won't find those ingredients in MY recipes. :) |
