Introduction	I'm a bloody idiot. Everyone agrees. Some people go so far as to remind me every day. And now to compound the ignominy of idiocy - I've grown into a fat idiot. Unfortunate, as I've been drawn into the wild endeavour of a fellow Open University student, Steven Primrose-Smith, who's decided to cycle 20,000+ miles round 50 capitals in Europe while studying for two degrees. He's a remarkable man, and the least I can do is support him, however in my present condition I'm more likely to hold him up as we cycle from Milton Keynes to London on April 6th. Never mind, he's got another 19,945+ miles over the next 3 years without me, so he'll get over the temporary hindrance.
