| Introduction | This blog was created to not only inspire but educate people about international cuisine and where the dishes that they eat come from. I will also be accepting questions and challenges to help create a recipe for dishes that my readers would like to learn how to cook. I will do my best to create a recipe including a brief food bio on the dish in question.
