| Introduction | I get asked all the time why I named my business “Go Raw, Not Crazy”®. Well, to put it simply, it’s because my business is about how to go raw, not crazy! It’s about more than just having a raw kitchen or household. It’s about having a happy, productive, healthy, peaceful and satisfying life. One way we all try to achieve that kind of life is by what we eat. When we eat food, we want it to look good, taste great, and make us feel wonderful! I invite you to follow my blog, learn my techniques and recipes, turn your kitchen and your diet into your own personal nirvana, and to have a blast doing it. (And you'll get no guilt trips if you eat some cooked food.) Now come into the raw kitchen with me. I promise you’ll have fun, you’ll learn, you’ll get access to free videos, "cooking" classes and “cook” books, and you’ll un-cook some of the most miraculously mouth-watering, easy-to-prepare dishes ever put on this green earth.
