| Introduction | 36 years old - now is that middle aged? I creak when I try to stand up and although the body is in decline life is pretty damn good. My posts will endevour to be light- hearted and short but alass I cannot guarantee this. I hale from the central belt of Scotland and will refuse to enter the mucky Scottish world of "my life is shit" - again no guarantees here.
