Introduction	I began baking when I was five. My mother was tired of making sugar cookies all the time. So, she taught me how to read and follow a recipe. I've been baking ever since. I started watching the cake decorating shows about 3 years ago, and began to wish I had the talent they did. So, I started experimenting. My first fondant cake was well, pretty ugly, but it was divine. So, a little discouraged, I stopped decorating and focused on cheesecakes. I am the cheesecake queen in my town. Few bakeries make cheesecakes, and I make up most of my recipes. Then, I began to play with theme cakes, and things took off from there. I'm having fun and doing what I love.
