Introduction	I am a passionate HR professional. My HR background is built and strengthened by working in the ICT sector for more than 15 years. I always consider keeping the HR practices as simple as possible to bring out the best in employees. Caring for people has always been my interest and I love to be around people and help them in their needs. Apart from my core duties I love spending my time in community work to bring the industry together as I see the benefits are immense to our growing industry. I also love helping less fortunate as I believe I have a responsibility to care for them.
