About me

Introduction	Scoil Naomh Ailbhe, Killinure is a nine teacher school, with an enrolment of about 160 pupils. It is a rural school, situated about a mile from the village of Boher. School starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 2:40 p.m. The school consists of two permanent classrooms, built in 1966, a 2008 extension consisting of two more classrooms and a General Purpose room. On the grounds there are two Resource rooms and a Learning Support room. There is a basketball court and a playing area in the front of the school, and an all weather pitch to the rear. In 2011 the school grew larger with the addition of a new classroom and staffroom.
