| Introduction | I stood, mesmerized, by the beauty. I slowly spun the wheel, slightly tilting my head to better catch the light. Satisfied I'd gleaned its magic, I moved on. Then it hit me. You have to peer at the correct end! When my focus is on the broken bits, there is only disappointment and sadness. Yet when I view the brokenness from the right place, I find beauty. This was the key to finding beauty, instead of ashes. Gaining a fresh perspective on my own broken bits. It was to view my life from God's perspective. I had been focusing on the wrong things. “No doubt about it! God is good--- But I nearly missed it, missed seeing His goodness. I was looking the other way, looking up to the people... Until I entered the sanctuary of God. Then I saw the whole picture.” Psalm 73:1-3, 17 Message In the sanctuary of God, I gain a fresh perspective. I stand, mesmerized. |
| Interests | I love to create, write, give Tall and Small hugs to my expanding flock (only 10 children and 7 grands) and have a large collection of dust bunnies. My Best Beloved and I have been enriching our marriage for 33 years. But most importantly, my heart has been captured by Love Unyielding, who is Full of grace and continues to call me forward in this journey of surrender to Him. |
