In my business, Nelson Equity Development, LC, I provide M&A advisory services regarding the buying and selling of companies. This includes valuation, capital development, negotiation, profit enhancement and match making. In general, maximizing equity value, hence the name Nelson Equity Development. As a volunteer, I am a member of Plymouth Church in Des Moines, Iowa where I sing in the Chancel Choir and serve as a Stephen Minister; a member of the Board of Directors of the Iowa Conference of the United Church of Christ and President and Board Chair of Plymouth Place, Inc.
