Introduction	I am the owner of Stardust Cakes- a company dedicated to delicious and guilt-free cakes. I worked in Advertising for 2 years when I realized it wasn't for me. I went to Culinary School which had been my passion since College, and became a Pastry Chef. I love dessert, I think you can never have too much of it!
