Introduction	I am Daphne, a near-vegan mother to 3 little ones, (Em -age 10, N -age 7, and HQ -age 4), wife to a food crafting omnivorous man, Ed, and owner of The High Fiber. I live in constant amazement of the growth happening around me - the growth of children, food, people, ideas, and love. We live in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, trying to be simple, gentle, and responsible. I hope to share my passion for that growth and its bounty here.
