Introduction	Masud Khan is a development consultant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is inquisitive in anything and everything interesting, especially politics, international affairs, economic and social development. He has two master degrees to his credit - International Economic Relations and English from the University of Dhaka and the University of Rajshahi respectively. He has also secured a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of Dhaka. He worked in diverse fields ranging from education, non-profit development organisation, think-tank, and corporate bodies with different capacities.
