Introduction	I've always loved to cook. I come from a long line of passionate "cooks", where preparing a meal is a form of tradition, bonding, generosity, and therapy. Plus, living with Crohn's Disease, food allergies, and a budget makes it necessary to know how to prepare your own meals. I just happen to prefer good meals. I'll cut out my social life and use single-ply toilet paper, but don't tell me I can't eat well. The idea here is to share with you the recipes, and the stories behind them, all the while keeping a record of the meals that I make. I hope you read, cook, share, and let me know how you like it!
