| Introduction | Jamie Maxfield made his first attempt at Stand-Up Comedy as part of a pact with several friends and is the only one still going. Now he has worked comedy clubs like the world famous Ice House, Comedy Store in LA, and the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. His comedic styling's have been described as a cross between Brian Regan and Jeff Foxworthy with his sense of humor originating in the deepest darkest places of the human experience; Saturday morning cartoons of the 80’s and a marriage to his High School sweetheart that has brought him a brood of six kids. Jamie draws a lot of his inspiration from a slightly twisted view of the world and a good hearted laugh about all that goes on in life. Jamie’s Stand-Up is starting to get him noticed all over the Mountain West and he has headlined, emceed and opened for some of the most popular comics in the nation, including: Ryan Hamilton, Eddie Ifft, Tommy Davidson, and Tommy Johnagin. He pokes fun at everyone but mostly himself because let’s face it, if you can’t laugh at yourself who can you laugh at? Jamie’s observational comedy has something for everyone and makes him a perfect act for just about any venue. |
