| Introduction | BCCS saves lives. We help people recover from mental illness and addiction, and reduce their HIV risk. Each life saved touches other lives, families, and communities. We provide a wide range of behavioral health and community services in Delaware, including Medication Assisted Treatment; individual and group therapy; services for criminal justice referrals; outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health programs; case management programs specific to HIV/AIDS clients, homeless, pregnant women, and chronic substance abusers; on-site infectious disease clinic; prevention programs for youth and their families; community outreach; confidential HIV counseling and testing; needle exchange; psychiatric and mental health therapy; clothing closet; and residential treatment for women and their children. |
