Introduction	I am a stroke survivor who has weakness on the left side. I started cycling in July 2008 to improve my leg function. In July, 2009 I cycled 800 kilometers in 7 days in the Kootenays. I am attempting to change the international cycling rules to enable disabled athletes to use recumbent tricycles. At the moment, I am trying to find that elusive balance between eating, working and exercising.
