Introduction	Can I be completely honest here? I'm not sure. I'm a stay at home Mom in her 40's. I've been married for 20+ years. We have two children. Of course, both children are in college so there is little reason to stay at home now. I was "hot" in high school, really, I did horseback riding as well as messing around with the crossing country team, but gained 10 lbs soon after graduation & got rid of my horse! My weight went up with each pregnancy but I always thought I could do it later. At one time I was down to 175 and tucking my shirts in again. I don't know what happened but I'm up to 230 now and not happy. M doesn't say anything but I know the attraction is gone. He pays for the gym & race fees. Now it's up to me to buckle down and COMMIT. Hey, I guess I can be honest.
