Introduction	This is a DeCal course on the UC Berkeley campus. During this semester, we will be studying CS Lewis' works: Surprised by Joy, The Screwtape Letters, and the Great Divorce, as well as various letters, criticisms, and journal entries written by Lewis. Finally, we will be watching Shadowlands, which details Lewis' life with Joy Gresham. This course will feature lectures (including guest speakers), small and large group discussions, and multimedia (video clips of lectures, recordings, reenactments, movies, slideshows of photographs, etc.) My name is Melody Hung, and I will be facilitating this course.
