| Introduction | After graduating college I worked in the food industry for a while. Feeling the need for more mental stimulation, I returned to school and received my Ph.D. from UCLA in film studies. Naturally this lead me to an eight year career in computers (I did work at a college though.) Now, here I am at BU trying to find a way to marry my love of food and cooking with my love of things academic. |
