| Introduction | My wife and I are missionary appointees on the way to Romania. We plan to work with the church there to develop a ministry reaching out to the neglected and abandoned youth there. We believe God would have the church ministering in five major ways/venues: 1. ministry in existing orphan care facilities, 2. an after school ministry center, 3. encouraging the believers in the church to consider fostering or adopting, 4. a crisis pregnancy ministry, and 5. mentoring apartments for young people transitioning from institutional life to normal adult life. Once we raise the funds to go to Romania, we plan to help the church begin ministering in these ways. |
