| Introduction | I am an Irish girl living in my hometown - Galway, Ireland. I lived in America for 15 years and that was where I landed myself my handsome Chef - Ron, who is a jack of all trades and master of most (Chef/Artist/Gardener). I am the Mother of 2 cute kids - Rory and Jack and we are also a foster family caring for two adorable little Irish girls (full time) and lots of other little kiddies on a part-time respite basis. In September of 2009 I noticed that I had oodles of free time to while away the hours blogging and avoiding housework at all costs, So I decided to give the life of Academia a whirl and enrolled in a four year course at my local University (NUIG) to get myself an education. When I graduate (May 2013) I will have a degree in English Literature, German and specializing in Creative Writing. After that I hope to earn my Masters in Writing and even have dreams of someday lounging in the 'OMG - PhD lounge' at NUIG. There, I've said it, and put it out there for the whole world to see! |
