| Introduction | Mr. Selemani Ally Nannume is an agricultural professional specializing in extension services, horticulture, and seed systems development. He holds a Diploma in General Agriculture from MATI–Mtwara (2010) and was employed by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2012 as an Agricultural Field Officer II at MATI–Mtwara, where he has been involved in farmer training, agricultural advisory services, and technology dissemination. He later obtained a B.Sc. in Horticulture from Sokoine University of Agriculture, strengthening his expertise in crop production, plant protection, and post-harvest management. In 2024, he commenced an M.Sc. in Seed Technology and Business at the same institution, focusing on seed production, quality assurance, seed systems, and agribusiness development.
