Introduction	For as much as some of us don’t want to realize this, yes, we will survive this. And finding a good support network will help with both a grieving and healing process. It took a while before I began enjoying the simple things in life, but the day I started enjoying chocolate again (about 5 months after my husband died) was a window opening for me to begin enjoying other things, and searching for those things I use to enjoy.
