Introduction The Short: When do you transition from "young adult" to just "adult"? The Long: Half of my identity can be summed up as “New Orleans Catholic” The other half can be called “Creatively Challenged” but not in the sense that means having an inability to be creative. It’s more of an over zealous appreciation of the creative arts and an inability to master one without feeling as if I’m turning my back to the other. Maybe it would be better titled “Creatively Indecisive” At the start of this blog (2011), my decision was made, I chose music. I am a soprano by voice classification not by temperament, and I am a voice teacher by profession. I live with a debilitating disease called Hidradenitis Suppurativa, it has hindered my goals and pushed me to my limits. Each day is a struggle to overcome the pessimism, but the days that I remember the pain my Savior endured for me are the days I succeed. Life has taken me on a roller coaster these past 4 years and now I'm fully letting God guide me through whatever journeys lie ahead.
