| Introduction | I am a self-taught pastry chef living in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex on a mission to change your thoughts about cupcakes and pastries. I opened for business the summer of 2010 as a custom-order bakery, baking out of a rented commercial kitchen, and selling at local food and farmer's markets. I now sell my cakes-by-slice at Avoca Coffee located @ 1311 W. Magnolia Ave. Fort Worth, TX in the historic Near Southside.
