Introduction	Who in their right mind would tell anyone that they spent the weekend in Sacramento with CETPA ("What's a 'CETPA'?") with a bunch of technical folk ("You mean 'geeks'?") in a small, enclosed room talking about, well, becoming CTOs or, in my small district's case, a Lil' CTO (Rhymes with "My Little GTO")? I have been. Nothing special, odds and ends thoughts written down as they come to me. Whim writing. Nothing more. The sort of writing that can get a person in trouble. So I'll start with a pre-apology. Right here I apologize to anyone I offend in what I say. I would never deliberately offend, but it's in my nature. I'm offensive.
