Introduction	This blog is dedicated to those out there that love my cooking, and are always asking me when my cookbook will be ready. Most recipes will be gluten free since that is our challenge, as some of us have celiac disease. (If you are not gluten intolerant instead of using rice flours, use regular old flour.)
