| Introduction | Ethics in Journalism: Whatever? A fact is not a fact it's trust in truth. Not being bias is impossible, there are just as many powermongers in journalism as there are behind the gates. So, what can anyone do about it? Anything you like...get it? Blogs, websites, have brought true freedom, but it's likely that it will be cut short. The corporations, the newspapers, TV and radio, will continue to desire billions in profits, so it will mow down anybody in it's way. Freedom is temporary, but fruitful. In the meantime, use it for all it's worth and don't let anyone tell you that blogs aren't the biggest competition to the insipid, old school journalism. "Snopes" us all, keep us honest, ask questions. May our readers come away educated, informed with real research and provoked to think for themselves.... that's what counts. |
