Introduction	Hi my name is Virginia, and I am living a gluten and dairy free life (and I'm a teenager). I found out a year ago that I have major sensitivities and had to completely change my life. I am thankful every day that I did. Many ailments I suffered from as a child disappeared like magic. I no longer had hypoglycemia (blood sugar issues), seasonal allergies, acne, weight fluctuation, or my deadly white pale skin. I broke free of that life. Now, every day I am breaking free.
