| Introduction | I have a passion for seeing the "big picture" and also for distilling things down to their essence of simplicity. I believe that life is meant to be fun -- and we are naturally abundant, healthy, and creative beings. When our circumstances appear otherwise, it is only because we are missing an important element of our well-being -- usually appreciation for self and everything around us. - There are all sorts of "fixes" for what we find wrong with ourselves and the world (and I love to discuss them and try them out), but they will only be superficial or temporary unless we get to the underlying cause. It is always the same. Not enough love.
