| Introduction | I realized that creating special treats would be an interest of mine as early as 7th grade. My Home Economics teacher showed us how to make this one particular thing that I still make every now and then. We took 2 pretzel sticks, melted some white chocolate, spooned some over the pretzel sticks, and stuck a yellow M&M (M&M-side down) right on top of it. We called it "bacon and eggs," and I thought it was adorable....and delicious. Simple and sweet. Through the years, I've made anywhere from candy apples, brownie pops, pretzel sticks, and, now, the famous cake pops. I just love the smiles on my kids' faces when they see and eat the finished treats. |
