Introduction	I am a Runner born and bred...... Born to Run on any surface, but my favourite is the rugged trail, there is nothing like getting out of town and running in nature. I run for the Nedbank Running Club in Johannesburg. My road running shoes brand is Asics preferably DS Trainers My trail running shoes are Salomon. This year my training is focused around the Winter Trail Series 2011 which starts in June. My focus is to be more effient and strong on the trail and that is how my training is focused.
