Introduction	I have been in the restaurant business for over 15 years and performed just about every position imaginable during that time. From the dishpit to the corporate office, the rigors of careers in the restaurant industry can be grueling and highly challenging, but rewarding and lucrative at the same time. Over the last seven years specifically, I have been a Senior Managing Partner in a highly successful restaurant group, opened four restaurants, and am currently consulting for several national chains and independent operations, ranging from counter service to four star dining. I have created this blog to submit my services and experience to aid anyone who finds themselves struggling with their restaurant's success, or for anyone who loves food, wine and restaurant culture! This blog is only the tip of the iceberg, however. Hmmm...whittling with soap or whistling with wood? I guess as long as I have wood, I'd prefer the second option.
