Introduction	Like most people in this world I’m just trying to find what kind of food I am. Am I a macaroon? Crisp on the outside, but dense on the inside? Or am I more of a mango? Solid rock on the inside, mostly soft and mushy, and smooth but tough on the outside? Only nutritious kitchen experiments will tell!
