| Introduction | I enjoy learning and teaching other moms (or anyone who has a desire to learn) how to cook and eat healthy. I enjoy surfing the internet for great, simple recipes that I can turn into: dairy-free, meat-free and oil-free meals. I want to help equip others to not be afraid to try new things in the kitchen and build up an arsenal of healthy recipes that would fit any dinner party, play date or get-together. I am a homeschool mom who is getting a great elementary education and looking forward to the next XX years of teaching my children!!! |
