| Introduction | I have taught in public and independent schools, elementary and high school (mostly high school), and have been a teacher, department-head and principal. I have an MBA in educational leadership and two postgraduate diplomas in education. I have also attended and given more workshops and conferences than I care to remember, and have mentored many young people entering the field.
