| Introduction | MONDO DOMINGO is a musical group! A rare breed of four highly suspect, yet undeniably unique individuals that came together in the city of Los Angeles to create their own brand of Latin infused psychedelic pop. The band consists of AM (vocals/guitar) Rick Garcia (vocals/timbales) Mark Getten (bass guitar) and Chris Lovejoy (drums). The style and sound of their music is truly their own and can only be experienced and not described. The group strongly feels that to personally describe their own music would only place a "curse" on them and then they wouldn't be able to create MONDO DOMINGO music anymore. Longtime fan Lucy Valdez once described them as "...some form of a Mexican cocktail while being enjoyed in the California sun knowing you'll have a lot more of that same cocktail later that night at a cock fight." |
