| Introduction | Pat McArdle has been working with professional service firms for 19 years since he started writing advertising and brochure copy for A&L Goodbody (Ireland's largest law firm) in 1990 while he was still an undergraduate studying marketing. He established Best Practice Marketing (then called McArdle Associates) in 1997 and has been advising professional service firms ever since.
