Introduction	I have been a personal chef for 5 years and have really pushed myself hard to grow my business in a smaller market. Honestly, my biggest goal is to live in Italy for a while. It's just a place I need to see, a culture I would love to experience, and of course, there is the food. There is something called WOOFing, and I think I may pack up and go work on a farm and explore the country that way. My blog is about myself and others--people I meet, foods I eat and all that good stuff. I'm just getting started with my blog and hope it will shape into something really entertaining for people to read.
Interests	Obviously...FOOD. Then travel, so I can try new food. Hmmm, let's see, I like wine, because it goes so well with food. Music, always good to listen to when eating food....are you starting to get the idea?
Favorite movies	Julie & Julia. Eat, Drink, Man, Woman. Babette's Feast. The Big Night. Like Water For Chocolate.
Favorite music	I love to listen to pandora...my taste is so ecclectic there is really no way to say I have favorite music. I'm a huge supporter of indie and alternative music.
