| Introduction | Paul studied corporate design and holds a master's degree in visual communication from The Royal College of Art in London. After graduating he worked on educational technology programmes for The Open University, System Research, Cambridge Consultants, and Ferranti‘s Brain Sciences Research Project. Together with his partner Helga, Paul heads PSA GmbH & Co KG, specialising in executive coaching, team training, and virtual events. A popular international speaker on the subjects of innovation and change, Paul designs and facilitates management and customer events for top international companies in Europe and North America. He writes a regular business column for Spotlight Magazine and is co-author of two research White Papers on international communication and management “German-US Relations after 9.11“ and “The Glass Ceiling - Promotion Barriers in Business“ |
