Introduction	Dias was born in Surabaya in 1988. He is the youngest of two brothers. He finished his study from kindergarten to senior high school in Surabaya. His academic achievement has been steadily improved by joining the accelerated 2 year program in SMAN 5 Surabaya. He pursued his bachelor degree in the School of Business and Management Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM-ITB). He also went on the student exchange program to Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RuG) in order to not only deepen his knowledge but also to have exposure in the global world. He developed his soft skills by joining organizations like Kokesma ITB and PSM ITB. Graduated with Magna Cumlaude, he was no doubt one of the best students among his colleagues. During his spare time he likes to read books, listen to music and travel around the world. Joining Pfizer Indonesia as Management Trainee in January 2009, he moved to KPMG Hadibroto in October 2009 to deepen his accounting & finance knowledge. With his last position as Senior Tax Associate, he is now pursuing his master degree in University of Strathclyde majoring in Investment & Finance.
