Introduction	I'm a Chicana from Chicago, who lives in beautiful sunny Long Beach, CA. I have been everything from a long distance operator to a Spanish language commercial writer and producer. Now I am a retired ESL teacher. I love my students and my work. I believe I contributed something to society and I had fun being creative for my students to make it easier for them to enjoy learning. Some of them only had a year of schooling. I am now having fun creating videos. I am also producing "Soy del Pueblo" a public access TV program that airs on Padnet.tv Charter Cable Channel 32 and Verizon 41. I will be post some of them on this blog.
Interests	I love to travel and am interested in human rights, antiwar activities, history, literature, art, theater, and making this world a better place for others.
Favorite movies	I don't have one favorite movie, because I have seen many good movies throughout my life I have many favorite movies
Favorite music	I love classical music, as well as the new song from Latin America, protest songs from the 60's and 70's, and rock and roll.
Favorite books	My favorites book are the two I'm reading. Since I read about 4 books a month, I don't have a favorite. I love them all, but in particular I read histories and biographies. I'm more interested in nonfiction.
