| Introduction | I like long runs...mostly anywhere, but preferably not on a beach. Unless I'm running from a sea creature. I hate fish that bite...it's weird. I have a lot I think about on runs. Some of it's funny, some of it's insightful, sometimes I'm just thinking I know there is beer at the end. I read once that if you can't solve a problem on a 5 hour run, you never had a problem to begin with. Feel free to read on. |
