Introduction	I am a faithful Christian Mormon Mom who grew up jumping, running, swimming and laughing. Through the course of 9 years of marriage and 3 pregnancies, I am fat. This is my attempt at publically humiliating myself in private...for the good of one of God's greatest gifts, my body, and for the sake of 3 energetic kids. My family doesn't know I am doing this, and I don't want them to. I am trying to get healthy for myself. I also welcome support.
