Cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and tiles; washing and sanitizing sinks, counters, cabinets, bar surfaces; deordorizing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, sinks and toilets. Our North County contractors are screened for integrity, honesty and quality workmanship. They provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Local services are tailored to your needs and priorities. The same experienced team provides service for regular recurring customers wishing weekly, biweekly or monthly service. Demand service is also available. Some of our contractors also offer services such as meal preparation, shopping, laundry, pet care errands etc. North County vacation rental maid service and property maintenance services are also offered. |
| Interests | We price by the job. Free estimates are available by completing the service request below or calling the office. We encourage you to check our references. We listen to your priorities, answer your questions and prepare a written estimate both for the initial cleaning and for subsequent scheduled service such as weekly, bi-weekly etc. The cost to clean and maintain an average 2,000 square foot home every two weeks is between $112.00 and $168.00. Estimates are faxed or E-Mailed within 3 hours of your call. Payment is due at completion of service. |
| Favorite movies | When the work is completed please conduct a detailed walk thru and point out anything that may have been missed. The contractors are happy to correct missed items and it is for you and the contractor to have it done right the first time vs coming back to fix it later. Nevertheless, if you call us within 24 hours of the service we will cheerfully ask the contractors to return and remedy any missed items. |
