Introduction	I am a mum of 4 amazing children and I am happily married to Josh. I love cooking and creating tasty recipes especially seen as though I have so many severe allergies myself. I can not have wheat & gluten, dairy, soy, tomato, mushrooms, corn, peas, pork, any melons, any berries, grapes, bananas, preservatives, flavours & colours (anything with a number) I can only have nuts, eggs, salmon, lentils & coconut in moderation. It makes it fun! I love to spend time with family and friends more then anything.
