| Introduction | I am a stay-at-home-mama and advocate for orphans with Down syndrome. I also work hard to create a level playing field for my special kids by celebrating their differences. I believe that parents of special kids need to foster open discussions about our lives, our challenges, and our victories. Transparency removes the stigma surrounding our kids needs. We all have differences, and I truly believe that these differences can become our strengths if we are open and willing to celebrate them. Wonderboy (12) is a sweet hearted computer genius with Asperger Syndrome. LionTrainer (10) loves the outdoors and reading. He also has Asperger syndrome and struggles with ADHD and dyspraxia. HappyDancer (6) loves music, ice cream and playing with her babies. We adopted her from China in 2013 and she has Down syndrome. Shark Tamer (5) is waiting for us in Fujian China.
